About BAYAC

Brandon Aboriginal Youth Activity Centre

At BAYAC, we believe in nurturing the potential of every young person, regardless of background, by providing a safe and supportive environment where they can explore their interests, develop leadership skills, and build meaningful connections within the community.

From engaging in arts and crafts, honing culinary skills in our “Youth In The Kitchen” program, to enjoying recreational activities like swimming and sports, BAYAC provides a dynamic space where young people can learn, grow, and thrive.

Brandon Aboriginal Youth Activity Centre (BAYAC) assists youth in the development of healthy and positive lifestyles by encouraging culture, education, recreation, social activities, spirituality and leadership skills.

The Brandon Aboriginal Youth Activity Centre strives to motivate Aboriginal and Non-Aboriginal Youth by sharing strengths, knowledge and leadership to make dreams and goals a reality.

BAYAC Child Center

Ages 6 - 11

Parent/Child Centre

Hours of Operation:

Tuesday-Friday:
3:30-5:30pm
Saturday:
1-4pm

Ages 12 - 18

Right to Play Program

Weekly play-based program that promotes healthy living and healthy relationships. Play can include structured activities, cultural activities, creative play sports, free and unstructured play.

Our youth leadership program provides youth aged 12 to 18 programming that includes games and activities to develop their life-skills, leadership capacities and gives them opportunity to be community leaders.
